There goes the neighborhood

Folks,

I realize many techies lean left, but please understand if
this type of tax makes it through, internet commerce will
suffer immeasurably. I'm reminded of the days of when
there was no income tax. The US had unbridled wealth
and growth. Workers and Captains of Industry alike made
what they made in terms of income. Ah, but the politicians
couldn't help themselves. Now we fight off "earmarks" and
our "leaders" feel they have a birthright to "dip their beaks"
in any and every stream of money on the planet.

So, trust the leftist leanings of your industry and you'll
soon be slaves to their need to take your money.
