I think so. Now if the EU can point to US-based Internet gambling operations that are being tolerated or lightly treated by US authorities, then the EU has a case, but not otherwise. I suppose the EU could point to off track betting operations, but the US could respond by shutting down the interstate ones (wouldn't bother me at all). - Posted by: John L.
