Blu-Ray hardware is coming down in price faster than DVD hardware did.

Flash media? You mean having a flash drive for a movie? I don't think so. For one thing, you'd need a 10GB+ (WAY plus, up to 50GB for a full-featured Blu-Ray movie) disc, which costs the consumer enough as it is. I have heard zero talk about using flash media as a means of distributing read-only media, let alone feature films.
