Again, the system can be constructed
in a manner that doesn't allow for random and 'scandalous' posts, but be a rating system. Like any rating system, there is a plus or minus on accuracy, and like all rating systems, a human tendency no matter the age to rate on personal feelings versus purely unemotional observation, but with the right few tweaks, the system is a good idea IMO, and the action of the union suspect in what or who it's trying to protect, and the court judgment a bad precedent. Fortunately, those kids today will be in charge tomorrow. Of course, the judges and unions were once kids as well. Maybe they were bad children when they were young and do see that they had a right to voice an opinion?
