and poor law enforcement, . . . protect your own, unless visible evidence cannot be reasonably concealed.

As for the rating system, it probably could be reworked to employ more privacy protection, maybe as a parent sponsored site because I don't trust the school system and educators to be mature enough to accept criticism or at this point to inspire, let alone teach.
