For those who say it defames
does the system allow for user criticism or is it a ratings system? I don't know the website, but to say a person doesn't have a right to an opinion, whether on a commercial website or not should be equally distressing to some of you, not on the fears of its possible abuse, but on the silencing of it to take away a voice to comment or rate or speech in freedom. The website could be constructed to have checks and balances to avoid inflated or false ratings, but you seem to want what the court wants, absolute authority with the teachers and no voice to the children until they become adults. Maybe the parents should start the site. You wouldn't deny them, would you?
