What qualifies student to judge?
This is lame! What basis or principle does a student have to rate any teacher? Common sense would tell you that most students will comb through and find the teachers they dislike the most and do a little revenge! This is stupid and pathetic!

What needs to happen is... the school system needs to turn into a para-military type organization. teachers are promoted on their abilities, skills and knowledge. Young teachers should be assigned mentors, etc etc. This is the problem throughout the world! Schools hire teachers based on their resume and creditials... that is phoney and a lousy way to get the best to teach. If there was some kind of career ladder, there would be incentive to do better... Think about it!
