There's a solution: no grades at all!!
...for both students and teachers. In this way, student-teacher relationship will be more symmetric.

No exams, no grades, no admissions. Only knowledge for its own sake and to be more productive in life.

Good teacher will have students with more chances of being successful in life. Bad teachers will have... fewer and fewer students!

Good students will be awarded by being successful and bad students... well, there will not be no longer "bad students"!!
