Why don't you also have...
A parent rating site. It's just as lame. The teacher/professor rating sites are just lame. You do not get anything but a false impression of the people being rated.

Oh, and considering how rational and objective your typical adult professional isn't, do you think you'd get anything better from teens (and for that matter college students or even employees)?

Personally I think people in general (and teachers/profs to be particular) hardly need some anonymous rating site telling people random things about them. Or do you expect everybody to try and monitor these sites so that they can respond/complain about what has been posted? Also, not everyone has internet access, so some may never know until its too late.

Lastly, look what has happened with kids being driven to suicide by being bullied and trashed to the n-th degree using the social sites such as bebo etc. I guess they just got a bad rating from their peers, it can't be all that bad can it.
