- There main problem is...
- they suk! Their customer service is the pits! and sellers/buyers are sick of it! Simple questions get automated email replies. Issues are down-played by their so-called customer reps. Many hope they die off... but that won't happen. All we can wish for is a new owner/management... First thing I would do is revamp the whole customer service!!!
