This is the type of medieval, tyrannical repression civilized nations have been against for centuries. In all first world nations parody is protected under law.

This is not identity theft, and you obviously have no clue what identity theft is. It only becomes identity theft when he steals personal identifying information such as government issued identification and uses it to steal from said person, not just saying he's someone on the internet. This is a parodizing facebook account, and frankly, they overreacted as most backtrending nations do. Things like this show us why africa is still in the dark ages compared to first world nations. Most of them still live in tribes, and the moroccan government's atrocities and abuses of power go largely unnoticed.
