Cybercrime should be prosecuted like any other crime. This person obviously stole the identity of another. There is no justification for his act.

It is in the judge's discretion to determine the appropriate sentence and punishment for this individual. Knowing the power of the royal family in morocco, it is poor judgment to say the least to create a fake profile parodying a prince. But in the absence of any clear laws, i think 3 years of jail is a little extreme especially if the intent was not criminal.
