Re: You don't get it.
You really are dumb. The TOS just said no business allowed.

I don't dispute that. But the TOS do not say no servers allowed.

The TOS do not say servers=business. You say that and I say you are full of it. A server is just a technology like a telephone. Just using a technology like a server or telephone doesn't make the user a business. You are making a distinction where there is none.

Or email. Joe_Blow@rr.com is OK. Joe_Blows_Towing@rr.com is not OK on a consumer account. Using email for personal use is OK. Using email for business purposes is not OK. Having a server for personal use is OK. Having a server for business use is not OK.

What's so hard to understand about that concept?

Saying server=Business is a foolish as saying email=Business. It's just technology!

You are stupid. You cannot have a mail server for others to access. Definition of an open relay.

Server: a process that listens on a port and does something when a request comes in to the port from someone outside. Yep, that's what sendmail and httpd both do.

It is spelled out.

You still haven't posted any relevant text from the TOS/AUP that says servers aren't allowed. You're just huffing and puffing calling names. If it is spelled out so clearly, cut and paste the relevant text. And obviously you've never seen legalese if the think the RR AUP is legalese.
