It is spelled out. It is done in legalese. Contracts are not spelled out so that the clueless can get it. you are proof.

Wrong logic. Businesses can have residential activity but residents cannot have business activities. Business can have mailboxes and flushing toilets too.

You really are dumb. The TOS just said no business allowed. Just like no speed limit posted is 25 mph unless otherwise stated when you enter our town.

They just said you can overriding the business activity. No wonder people get into trouble these days. Confusing their wishes with reality.

You are welcome but you are allowed since it was stated as an exception to their business activity.
