It doesn't have to spell it out unless you are totally clueless. Your lawyer will explain it to you since it is written in legalese. A server operating 24/7 is business activity. My friend that works for them says you must get a business account if you want to operate a server so they can dedicate bandwidth for you. Your download/ upload speeds are more symmetrical.

An email server is for your internal use and not external like a web server or it is an open relay.

No they don't block those ports but that is unrelated. They also don't block the other 65533 either. So what.

Yep, the behavior is personal website. So anything allowed is an override to the enterprising activity. Also it is limited in size.

It only allows some servers they define that isn't furthering an enterprise. What isn't defines in the TOS you can correctly assume is business activity. Offering a Server so that others can download from is a business activity or enterprising endeavors. Bittorrent is enterprising activity because you are a server 24/7.
