Just not in the ways that Comcast wants. What they want is that torrent users just shrug their shoulders and take it in the @ss from Comcast, as many users don't have any alternate broadband providers to "compete" with Comcast.

Here's what Comcast will get: revised torrent utilities that can alert users when they are being blocked or spoofed. Upgrades to the protocols that encrypt traffic to deal with packet snoopers. And an angry mob of users willing to flood Comcast tech support lines with complaints. It will be easy when your client software pops up a window saying "YOU ARE BEING BLOCKED BY COMCAST. CALL THIS NUMBER (XXX) XXX-XXXX TO COMPLAIN."

Consumers have to remember that there is more than one way to "react" without just being a victim.
