Just a darn minute!
So they kill off Napster.... fry up Kazza... shut down this that and the other.... pirates fall back to BT.... and how is this going to curb file sharing?

From my perspective, the P2P networks are always 3-5 years ahead of the "curbs." And the more the music and movie industries try to curtail file sharing the more prevailant it seems to become. Reminds my vaguely of the war on drugs. People do it because they aren't suppose to. The thrill of the risk of doing somehting wrong while aquireing something you want.

They need to find a way to embrace file sharing, make a small amount of money from it, and move on.
