Missile+strikes+ailing+U.S.+spy+satellite

Isn't it fascinating that: they chose to shoot that satellite down during the Full Lunar Eclipse??? I think (maybe) China and Russia are on to something in their fears that this is just the US 'grandstanding' and/or testing new weapons of war.
