All this does is to open the door ...

... for offshore "social" networking sites that ignore the rules set by nations.

The rules of government are no replacement for parental involvement. All this decision is going to do is provide a false sense of protection for the hands-off parents of today. Come on parents, take a look at what little Johnny and Mary are doing after school and turn off their texting phone features!
