Greedy?

Here we go again with G-word. Greed is a hard thing to define and certainly doesn't apply here. It could be they know what happens when Microsoft assimulates a company. Maybe that's the direction they don't want to go in. Yahoo has the penetration that msn and live do not have. I see posts of how companies are derided when they "sell-out' when Microsoft waves money in their faces and when a company decides that the offer is not enough or they just don't want to be bought, they are dinged again.

One thing is for sure, unless you are on the board or are privy to all the info, you can't say that they are being stupid. Time will tell.
