It only makes sense?
?that the party that resists all efforts to contain election fraud in this country would be okay with this. Of course this has been so because they see themselves as the primary beneficiaries of such fraud. But setting themselves up for Internet-based fraud may be a good thing. Perhaps if they get burned by this, then it would change their attitude towards election fraud in general.

Nah.. Too much to hope for.
