MS is surprisingly foolish to go after a too-overpriced company liaison / buyout with so much money at stake, so much so that they have to strongly consider borrowing it...

A financial and economic disaster likely in the making, unless clearer and cooler and less egotistical heads prevail.

Has the potential to make the Vista debacle look like a Kazoo Band training session.
