It's a big ripoff. If the gov't wasn't giving away $40 coupons, the tuners would be selling for $40 less, i.e. $10 - $30. It all just funnels into the manufacturers' pockets. Sure you could buy one and sell it on eBay, but you won't sell it for $50 - $70. Me, I plan to wait three weeks and buy mine at Goodwill for $3 where they will be piled up in stacks next to the VCR's.
