how the hell do you suppose to stop piracy more useless law ...
people will go back at the dark ages of paranoid piracy in chat room and the like ......with UBER encrytion and the like
wake up

ITs not a excuse it a reality check .
People will use port outside usa some banana republic somewhere or a goverment system who dont give a damn about ip copyright (sweden is a good exemple) (palestine is a other one)

and many goverment will not impose some very unpopular law that will mean the end of the mandate
