Point 2 has no merit though
A name and vocalized opposition to laws is not a offense. You know free speech and all assuming their society has that. Also they haven't really broken any law in their country if what you read on their site is true.

The money point is the only thing that they might fall on. They could be run out of money before any judgment is made. Like they did with Napster.
