BIG Stretch
Lets see... Name: "Pirate Bay" Founder: self-professed anti-copyright group Purpose: ONLY to search torrents

Google? search engine... searches everything

If intent even REMOTELY plays a factor (and I dont know their law well enough to know if it does) then these guys are NOT starting on a good foot. "HI, we VOCALLY hate ALL copyright and started a site called PIRATE BAY to help people find copyrighted material for free!"

I mean when the whole case is based on violation of copyright law, if you open up by saying you are a revolutionary fighting against copyright law, you either lose, or the govt sets a precedent that copyright is dead. Since I dont think the majority *really* want copyright dead (most people just want to get away with getting something free that they technically should be paying for), I cant imagine this case going in their favor.
