Profit does not trump
our constitutional rights to disclosure! There is no profit so great as our liberty or in this case, loss of liberty to tyranny!

50/50 to a corporate claim of millions in supposed potential loss is trumped by way of bringing light to the possibility of corruption held secret for profitability! 50/50 would serve well to curtail bonafide inquiry to the average citizen without the resources of multi-million dollar corporations selling questionable equipment to such a large and prosperous market! It's a win-win for them.

NO! The code MUST be made available for defendants expert evaluation and vetting! Otherwise, we descend to a secret police corporate state. (As if we aren't here already!)No proof, just claims. As far as secret technology goes, pure BUNK! There are many of these manufacturers, and this technology is based on well known principles. But; how it's interpreted is pure subjectivity in motion. Thought is not perfect! Neither are corrupt men. We program things to say what we want them to say! THAT'S the big secret!(Or fear of exposure to light) Government won't pay millions to these junk peddlers if they don't turn around a nice profit! PERIOD!

Why else would the "Gecko's" of this world "GIVE AWAY" this junk equipment to local governments and encourage them to "go forth and write tickets"? And what happens to your insurance rate after one of these "Witch accusations"? That's right, it's all about MONEY! And our rights? An inconvenient obstacle to the MONEY!
