How about this one...
I was driving South on I4 just south of Orlando Fl. in my 1992 VW diesel (60HorsePower) uphill on a windy 98 degree afternoon with the pedal hard against the floorboard! I was struggling to maintain 50Mph in a 55 Mph zone. As I came over the hilltop, there was a State Cop on a Harley already moving across the median. He had a VASCAR unit. I noticed no VASCAR lines on the road. He pulled me over and ticketed me for 78 in a 55MPH zone... I fought it!

I had a copy of the "MPH Industries" VASCAR manual I got online. He showed up with two other road warriors and 15 cadets in training! I requested a "Subpoena duce's Tecum" and showed up with a certified court stenographer that the Judge tried to ban... He denied my Subpeona and I claimed I needed the items to show relevance towards equipment malfunction. The MPH Industries factory manual stated that the absolute operating environment temperature was not to exceed 110 degree F. otherwise the unit clock board would not calculate with any degree of accuracy. This unit was mounted on top of the handlebar cluster, painted black and in full exposure to the Florida sun (158F) measured and certified by their own certification agency!!

His denial was a perfect setup for dismissal on appeal. I think the judge knew this. He started questioning the cop and caught him in a bald face lie! After I drew on the easel where this happened, and the cop verified where he was positioned, he then later claimed the event occurred 9 miles north of this place where the VASCAR lines where painted on the road...

This piggy boy was sweating large drops... He didn't know what the maximum operating temp for his unit was, and most of all, could NOT recite the boot/calibration procedure from memory! NEVER assume these power mongers are correct or truthful! They lie lie lie, and I've caught three, in court, before the Judge!

This cop had the brass to look at me straight in the eye and ask me what road I normally used to travel to work! The judge shut him up and ruled that I was a more credible witness than he... He ruled in my favor with prejudice and told him he would automatically dismiss any future cases he would bring to his court! That was the end of VASCAR in Florida! Fight these storm troopers! their mostly into it for the power rush. They truly are militant thugs with a license to abuse the citizenry for MONEY to the state treasury.

If things were upright, they would not resist a third party review! It's all about the money! Our freedoms are in their way.

I have been ticketed 6 times in my life, Every one was fought and won on the merits of each one. I NEVER committed the infractions I was charged with! Each and every one was riddled with fraudulent testimony by the ticketing officer. Each event cost me hundreds of hours of research and money spent buying relevant equipment manuals! It's a lucrative state racket that targets many more innocents than offenders. Most DON'T know how fast or whatever they were doing and wrongly assume the cop was right!

The current advice on DUI/DWI stops is to not refuse to take the various sobriety tests, but be willing to comply as soon as your attorney is present! We have a Constitutionally guaranteed right to counsel prior to giving testimony that could be used against us in court. Ask for a state appointed counsel...

The bottom line: Don't drink and drive, period! This issue doesn't give states the right to strip us of ours!
