I did much the same thing with photo radar
Some years ago, I got a speeding ticket in the mail from a photo radar outfit operating in Anchorage, Alaska. I filed a discovery motion asking for the calibration results and original manufacturer's testing that would prove that the radar system was accurate in the environment where it had been used.

The cops declined to respond to my motion. Case dismissed.
