We need to find a solution soon!
We definitely need to find a way to sort the file sharing issue soon. While many people see MP3 sharing as a faceless crime, it's very different in the real world. The majority of record companies are not the massive EMIs, Sonys etc. They are smaller companies run by people who care about their music and who make a decent but not exceesive living from it.

In the UK we have just seen the collapse of a major distributor and label management organisation due to lost revenue from file sahring. This in turn has hit labels so hard that many are unable to continue, and of those that can, many cannot pay their artists in full.

Surely there must be some way of ensuring the artists and labels who deserve to make an income get the money owed to them?
