Actually, no
The legitimate porn companies are not the ones who are putting the malware out there. Usually, it is an illegitimate person stealing the content of a legitimate company, then putting a virus into it and putting it on p2p networks.

I've realized that myself, that many times the 'malware' I am getting off sites is because some ******* has made a pornography page, with links in it to stuff on other legitimate sites, and put a 'codec package' on it that they say that you need to watch the content.

That has mostly stopped in the past year or so, since I started reporting the sites that did that to the people whose content and clips were being used to get someone to go to those malware sites.
