Suitable punishment for this scum . . .
I see we are all getting very creative on how we would punish this guy so I will throw in my 2? worth here.

How about putting him alone in a room where he has to manually filter out junk mail from one of Google's mail servers and he only gets food or water for every 100,000 spam messages he successfully marks as junk. Make a single mistake and he has to start over. Condemn him to doing this for the next 20 years and I assure you that he would never ever want to see another spam message again!
