But add that most of the government action in restraint of trade, i.e. enforcing
local monopolies, is at the state and local levels. The federal government (hence
the president) shouldn't have anything to do with it. The corrupt local
governments give them monopolies, and then get kick-ba, er, uh, franchise fees,
in return.
