No, just the ones that interest them.
Everything is recorded and the crap is purged after a while. They have serious data centers also. That is how they do it. No need to own a secret disk drive factory. So say a few key words on your cell phone and they will pick you up. A person of interest. Those key words will not be purged. You do watch the news on how folks make innocent mistakes and are being questioned by some government agency. Area 51 is a R&D facility for future weapons platform, mainly the air force. All that is needed is common sense instead of your mockery. Try some. It isn't that hard to do.
