the current negative vote amazes me

as i log ito this article, there are 3 votes, and it has a rating of negative 1. my programming skills aren't great, but i see that as 0 then 2 places left, then one right.
child pornography is a multibillion dollar industry. Not a few diseased people here and there, but rather a visible aspect of predator behaviour left over from the stone age.
rates of kiddieporn viewing on the are are estimated as climbing at double digit rates per year above the rate on increase of net use.
given the laffable distribution of resources for net crime, the idea thaht anybody did anything at all and got results is imyho a rather praiseworthy and thumbs up thing.
