monitoring only the illegal downloads???
No sir, Big Brother or the ISPs will have to monitor everyone's everything, illegal downloads or not. Then pick those amongst us whom they believe to be criminals. No matter what you do, Big Bro will be watching over your cyber shoulder.

There will be statistics stored in databases, your privacy, tracking information will be traded and sold as a commodity, without your consent. Like today, only government and ISP sponsored.

Be extra careful what you type into a google search. Because now you know for certain they're watching.
