How would you punish those who break the law?
No matter what you think of fair use, DRM, etc., you can't honestly support people who download copyrighted content without paying for it, can you? If you do, stop reading now, there is no point in carrying on a discussion with the likes of you. If you don't, what do you think would be a better punishment for those caught downloading content they haven't paid for?
