Its a bit strange that someone in plain sight (the police officer) should be worried that a picture of him is in the public domain.

How do you reasonably try to enfore privacy for the officers protection, when he's seen publicly?

Does this mean you can never take a photo of a police officer ever again, as it may be used to intimidate them?
