Personally Google+DoubleClick worries me, DoubleClick collects a lot of information on the users it serves ads to and who knows what Google will do should it be permitted to get its hands dirty in all the collected user info. I'm all for the deal being denied unless Google makes it clear that it will never violate the privacy of anyone who has DoubleClick ads served to them. Should they not guarantee such and be allowed to merge I fear that people may simply start blocking DoubleClick ads in even greater numbers.
