Putting the Entertainment Industry on Welfare
is very much 'Democrat' thinking. The methodology should have all Americans in a Rage! The idea that universities will continue to recieve federal support only if they funnel some of that money to the entertainment industry is appalling! This has the smell of the Democratic 'Rep" from California finding a way to pay the 'Biz' back for all of their support.

The only thing Republican about this is in the use of the 'trickle down effect' in the flow of the money.

Hence; I coin the phrase 'Trickle Down Blackmail'.
