media managing to publish
Other media outlets are publishing content they have gone out to secure for themselves. They are actively posting content that they have decided they want to post.

When it comes down to it, USA Today, The Washington Post, Fox 5 (fox affiliate in wash.d.c.) when they put something on air, or in their produced media, they are endorsing those things in some way. They only publish what will help them sell more papers, and get more viewership.

While these video sites DO make money from display ads, they openly admit that they do not have control over, nor do they condone any content. They make their money not for being correct, and up to date, or for even being news related.. these websites make their money by selling ads while some form of content the VIEWER decided they wanted to see what playing.

So then I guess like I've said in one of my other posts.. anyone that watched the video, and did not report it as abusive,or attempt to report it to the police is guilty of aiding and abetting, by your standards...
