leads to ruin...

China doesn't seem to be in ruins after "telling it's citizens how many children they can have" in 1979. The result has been quite the contrary. Unfortunately, religious organizations will never allow this sort of legislation to happen in the U.S. for fear of reducing their future membership ranks. In blasting China for it's policy, religious organizations state that reproduction is a basic human right of all human beings. In essence, the men and the woman involved in this story were just asserting their basic human rights. Too bad there is no consideration for the repercussions this has on the children involved and the burden on society to sort this out.
