Child welfare is a dirty secret in America. Our freedom to procreate at will means hundreds of thousands of unwanted, mistreated, drug exposed babies are being cared for by an understaffed community agencies right where you live. These often not so pretty babies often grow up and live their whole lives in institutions. Your tax dollars paying for the "reproductive rights" of a crack head who cares nothing for the children they spawn.

Court ordered Sterilization. It's been mentioned here. It does happen in rare instances. I think we can more cheaply harvest there eggs and sterilize these women. If they someday decide to become part of the same society the rest of use share, we can assist with invetro fertilization. It would cost less than the care of the unwanted children. And resolve the suffering of the little child as well.
