Plus, whenever discussions such as this come up, it's always about 'fixing' the woman, and never about the man who helped to procreate the kid. For an attorney to claim that as sexual discrimination is a no-brainer.

In ohio, there was a guy in the past couple of years who had about eight kids by multiple women and kept showing up in court because (shock!) he wasn't paying child support. The judge ordered him NOT to have additional children until he was current on all support. The judge did not order a vasectomy or any other such thing; just forbid him from having any more children. He hired a lawyer and successsfully had the ban overturned.
