She's done.
As much as I hate to admit it, some people simply should not be parents. Looking at the situation from the outside and with only the information provided here in this article, I'd have to say (if I were the judge), That this woman has no business having children and should not be re-awarded custody. Clearly she has mental problems prohibiting her from accepting or even understanding parenting duties and responsibilities. Again, based solely on the information here, she's done as a parent for now. Get those children away from her until she grows up, gets some serious help and can demonstrate child rearing skills on an ongoing basis.
That it took the Craiglist ad for CPA to finally intervene and remove the children is deplorable (should have happened much sooner) but at least they were removed. I cannot imagine that the Blackfoot tribe will want her to keep them either, in the unlikely event that she is able to prove a connection to them. What a nightmare...
