Hmm, let me see, for a single Arab country not being able to invade the US the ~3,000 dead in a single day is pretty good. How do you suppose they did that?

I seriously don't believe your constitutional rights were violated. I know the guys behind the tech. Heck I used to be one. The reality is that they are as sensitive as you and I about your rights. They're Americans too for cryin' out loud and probably far more patriotic than you (not than you're not). They are just trying to keep the bad guys at bay and they've done such a good job that UBL is sitting in BFE (ok, I know Waziristan) afraid to use anything but human couriers, donkeys and pigeons.
