What's the point?

Where does it end? Sue a game maker because a blind person can't READ the game? Give me a break. What about sites like Nike.com? It is 100% graphics to the point where I can't read it with 20/20 vision. Anyone suing them? No. Stupid lawsuits.

Let's sue automakers because blind people can't drive too! They should be able to let them by now. And why can't they use a TIVO? Mine is all graphics. SUE! Yea, that's the answer. Please.
