It speaks
The software uses Microsoft SAM (If you have XP, you can try it out under Control Panel->Speech) to read all text on a page, and it also has a rudimentary ability to describe the page you are looking at "This site is split into...two...frames." so that you can navigate better. The software only works if the site you are visiting has disability support.
