A judge doesn't need to understand. There are real lawsuits out there.... more real than this. I don't like that they aren't accessible by the blind, but how is money going to make that better?

Everybody won't reap the benefits of that money. Just the lawyers involved who can probably see.

Perhaps you need to reread the subject again. "The lawyer ALLOWS class action over Target Web site"

And there are 50 states.... 51, if you count iRaq.
