So, we now have to bring everybody down to the level of people who can't see? Kurt Vonnegat Jr wrote a book about this where smart people were made stupid to make everybody equal.

If you're blind, guess what... life isn't fair. Should it be? Yes, but it isn't.

If their website isn't accessible to the blind, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Make a public statement and convince them to go ahead. If your motives were truly to make the web site accessible to the blind, then you wouldn't sue for money.

I imagine Walmart.com is probably blind-accessible.
